- Coconut milk1 TinsOr you can get fresh coconut, blend and strain the milk out of it

- Corn starchHalf Cups
- Beef1 KilogramsChopped or shredded
- Garlic Powder, Bouillon / Seasoning Cube, Chilli PepperFor the marinade
Step 1 :
Marinate the beef with garlic, seasoning and chilli pepper and set it aside.
Step 2 :
Slice all the vegetables you intend to use and set them aside.
Step 3 :
Mix the coconut milk and the corn starch and set it aside.
Step 4 :
Add a little oil to a pan, add onions and the marinated meat, stir continuously until the meat is done.
Step 5 :
Add the coconut mixture stir until it thickens.
Step 6 :
Add all sliced vegetables and stir
Step 7 :
Taste for salt, allow to cook for another 5 minutes and serve with any pasta of your choice.
