How to make Chicken Sauce With Rice And Mashed Eggs
Step 1 :
Cook the chicken after seasoning with onions, Cameroon pepper, maggi cube, curry powder and a little nutmeg till its very soft.
Step 2 :
Put empty pan on fire, add the chicken stock and half litre of water into the pan, a little pepper soup spice, and allow to boil for 5 minutes
Add the already cooked chicken, add the already sliced vegetables(bell peppers, green pepper and onions) and seasoning cube, stir, taste for salt and take it down.
Don’t allow the vegetables to cook.
Step 4 :
Parboil your rice and cook till its soft, put an empty pan on fire, add some oil and fry 6 large eggs with salad vegetables(carrots, green peas..e.t.c) and seasoning cube, immediately add the already cooked rice and stir.
Food is ready.
