- RapidRise Yeast1 Packs
- Nutmeg ground1 Teaspoons
- Warm Water
- Butter1 Tablespoons
- Vegetable OilFor frying
STEP 1: Put the sugar in the flour. Mix it up!
STEP 2: Add a little bit of salt and a teaspoon of nutmeg ground. Mix everything!
STEP 3: Melt your butter, then add it to your mixed flour.
STEP 4: Add water (not too much). Add the water little by little until your dough is consistent. MAKE sure that your dough is not too hard or watery.
STEP 5: Using some energy, knead the dough very well.
STEP 6: Now that the dough is looking good, cover it with a towel for 1 hour.
STEP 7: After 1 hour, mix your dough once more and put it on a flat surface. Coat the surface with a bit of flour (so the flour won’t stick on the surface). Cut your dough with a knife in small pieces, forming a round shape to each of the dough.
STEP 8: Cover the cut round small pieces of dough again with a clean towel for 30 minutes.
STEP 9: After 30 minutes, add enough vegetable oil to a pot, fry your Bofrot until done.
