This delicious, thick smoothie was made with just two ingredients ; mango and raw instant oatmeal but feel free to play around with yours and add things like coconut milk, honey, almond milk, Greek yogurt and even flavourings like vanilla or cinnamon.:)
1. Chop the mango into cubes.
2. Put the crushed ice in a blender, add in the mango and oats and blend all until smooth.
**If eating raw oats doesn’t sit well with you, you can boil for a minute. Just put 1/2 cup of any type of milk you want in a sauce pan, add in the oat and let it simmer for about a minute. Let it cool completely, then put it in the blender with the mango and blend all.
