Step 1 :
Cook the whole meat and fish that you intend to use with maggi cube, pinch of salt, onions and cameroon pepper. After it is thoroughly cooked, add half a litre of water into the meat and two cooking spoon fulls of red oil and allow to cook for 2 minutes
Step 2 :
Add the already blended ogbono seed into the boiling stock and allow to dissolve thoroughly till the stock thickens. Stir while its cooking to avoid burning.
Step 3 :
Add crayfish, fresh blended pepper and a pinch of salt and stir
Step 4 :
Add the already washed and sliced vegetables and cover for 30 seconds. Stir and serve with any swallow of your choice.
