Step 1 :
Wash the peel of the semi ripe plantain, run a knife on the body, apply salt ( optional ) and set it on the grill. Turn subsequently till its done. Remove the peel and set aside.
Step 2 :
Slice the iced fish, apply chilli powder, maggi seasoning cube and vegetable oil on the body and grill it till its done.
Step 3 :
Blend fresh pepper and onions together, put an empty pot on fire, add red oil, heat up, add the blended fresh pepper and onions and stir fry them until done. Add a pinch of salt.
Apply the red oil pepper sauce on the already grilled plantain and fish.
Your dish is ready to be eaten.
