- Cooked Chickpea1 can (drained)
- Pre-cooked Beetroot1 medium size
- Tahini2 Tablespoons
- Lemon juice1 large lemon
- Garlic1 large clove
- Extra virgin olive oil2 Tablespoons
- SaltA pinch
Step 1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor with one tablespoon of the water from the chickpea.
Step 2. Serve with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
