1. Cut and slice the plantains into thin pieces or any shape of choice. Add salt to taste.
2. Heat oil and deep fry.
3. Remove from oil when plantain is golden brown in colour.
4. Put it in a bowl and immediately mix the chips with the cayenne pepper.
Spread chips in a tray to dry.
