FOR THE PREPARATION
STEP 1: Clean your fish. After cleaning the fish, season with salt in and out. Then repeat the same process with the cube Maggie. Same with the rest of seasonings (complete season, all season, black pepper, garlic powder.) After, your fish is well seasoned, brush the fish gently with the mustard in and out. Cover it nicely, and let it sit for about 30-45 minutes before putting it the oven.
STEP 2: In The meantime, you are going to slice your vegetable ingredients into small pieces ( tomato, onion, cucumber) then spread Cube Maggie, some vegetable oil and vinegar on it and mix it up. Cover it and set aside because you will use it when the fish are done.
STEP 3: Set your oven, pre heat it to 250-300 degree Farenheit, then start baking your fishes for about 1 hour maximum. Don’t forget to check it from time to time. Also flip the fish from one side to the other so your fish will be cooked evenly.
STEP 4: Now that your Tilapia fish is cooked, well done. Go ahead and spread your vegetable ingredients on it (check STEP 2 for the ingredients).
