Step 1 :
Sift flour to a dry bowl, add nutmeg, yeast, salt, dried / powdered milk, baking powder, sugar and mix thoroughly using hands or spatula.
Step 2 :
Whisk the eggs thoroughly and add them to the dry mixture and mix well.
Step 3 :
Add the warm water into the dry mixture and mix thoroughly, cover with foil paper and / or wrap with thick towel towel and set it aside in a warm place for about 45 minutes to rise. It should double in size after this time.
Step 4 :
Heat up enough quantity of vegetable oil and fry in small quantities using your hands to scoop them into the oil or a puff puff scooping equipment if you have one.
Set on kitchen towel and repeat the process till your batter is exhausted.
