- Rye Bread3 slices or more
- Soy Milk450 Mililitres
- Nutmeg1 Teaspoons
- Agave Syrup3 to 4 Tablespoons
- Cinnamon1 Teaspoons

1. Mix all the ingredients together except the eggs.
2. Let the rye bread soak in the eggs for 5 to 10 minutes.
3. When it becomes porridgy, mix then add the remaining ingredients. Mix all together.
4. Fry like you would normal pancakes.
