- Chicken breast300 Grams

Chop chicken breast into 1-inch chunks and set aside
Chop bell peppers
Step 1. In a small pan or skillet, heat 5 tbsp of olive oil, enough to shallow fry the chicken
Step 2. While the oil heats, season chicken will Sazon seasoning, basil, salt, half a knorr chicken cube. Using your hands, massage the chicken to make sure the seasoning is well incorporated.
Step 3. Once the oil has heated, add the chicken chunks and fry on low/medium approximately 10 minutes, turning frequently.
Step 4. Once the chicken chunks have browned add onions and garlic to the skillet allow to fry to a minute.
Step 5. Then add the peppers and stir. Add salt to taste, Knoor cube and parsley then stir.
Step 6. Cover the skillet and continue to cook for a further 5 minutes, until the bell peppers have softened.
Step 7. Done. Remove from heat and serve with desired side.
